The 2013 edition of the Sarasota Invitational will be our fourth year. Updated Friday, January 18, 2013
In our inaugural year, we had over 300 boat entries and over 600 competitors registered.
Last year, we had nearly 700 boat entries and over 1,200 competitors - nearly a 50% increase! We are expecting another increase this year, although probably not 50%!
In 2012, the course finished at the 1500 meter mark on the lake due to construction. This year, we will be finishing at the new 2000 meter finish line on the island!
All starts will be from a fixed platform - 1500 meters for Saturday races and 1000 meters for Sunday races.
