Volunteer Opportunities

We would love to hear from anyone interested in volunteering for the event. We recognise that the success of the event will be highly dependent upon our volunteers and our ability to organise and support them. Volunteers will be fully briefed prior to the event and receive a special 2013 Volunteers Pack. We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:

• Coxswains
• Boatholders for race starts
• Boat race officials and assistants
• General administration during the event
• Car parking marshals
• Boat water entry/exit marshals at pontoons
• Medal presenters and medal carrier/s
• Runners for notice board postings
• Boat number distributors
• Commentators
