The Head of the Welland has been taking place on and off for 9 years now.  The Race has been held on the north side of the Recreational Waterway for the last four years.  Always hosted by the South Niagara Rowing Club, with their new partnerships with the Province of Ontario and the Welland Recreational Canal Corporation the Head of the Welland ~ Five Bridges Fall Classic is truly on its way to becoming a must attend event.
