Besides awesome regattas, the Grand Rapids has a lot of great attractions.&nbsp;

	The night before the regatta, you&#39;ll of course want to spend the evening at the <a href='http://stategamesofmichigan.com/index.php?module=cms&amp;page=71'>State Games Opening Ceremonies</a>, and check out some great restaurants in the area to carbo load. On Saturday evening after the regatta, we recommend that lovers of music and beer check out <a href='http://foundersbrewing.com/taproom-events/founders-fest-2013-a-celebration-of-beer-and-music/'>Founders Fest</a>&nbsp;downtown, and on Sunday there&#39;s the <a href='http://www.grartmarket.com/' target='_blank'>artisan&#39;s market on Fulton</a> or any of the incredible <a href='http://www.experiencegr.com/things-to-do/museums/' target='_blank'>museums </a>or <a href='http://www.meijergardens.org/' target='_blank'>gardens</a> in town.
