1. Check out the "Mile Race" for those parents who want to see what it is like to row a mile in your rowers' place. ;-) You will be rowing 400 meters less than your rowers, but it will give you a taste of what it is like for your rowers.
2. Please note that there need to be at least 6 teams entered for the Team Challenge race to run.
3.. Health Clubs and Crossfits, enter at least 8 people and your group is eligible to a discounted Learn to Row Day (on the water) for the Spring/Summer of 2014. Groups of 8 will be able to try on the water rowing for $480!
