The 2014 edition of the Sarasota Invitational will be our fifth year. We continue to get better and better.
In our inaugural year, we had over 300 boat entries and over 600 competitors registered.
Last year, we had nearly 600 boat entries and over 1,300 competitors! We are expecting another increase this year, so be sure to register early.
In 2014 we will have the wave attenuator platform in place for at least 1000m if not 1500 meters, which will make for calmer water during the race in the event of winds out of the east.
All starts will be from a fixed platform - 1500 meters for Saturday races and 1000 meters for Sunday races.
