Earn $4 an hour for your rowing club!

Burnaby Lake Rowing Club and Cascadia Masters Regatta have this year teamed up to host the RCA Canadian Masters Championship.  But we absolutely cannot do this without lots of help from the entire rowing community.

To entice you, we are contributing $4  to your club for every hour you help out at the regatta!  A fun weekend, a great t-shirt and payback for your club! Good for you. Good for your club. Good for rowing!

Here are some ways you can help. Please tell uswhat sounds like fun:

BEHIND THE SCENES: Course or site setup or tear-down, Results Runner, Blade Runner.

POWER POSITION: Parking

DESK JOB: Registration and Volunteer Desk, Announcer

FRONT LINE: Finish Line Team, Dock Marshal, Ramp Control

SUN-BATHING: Stake Boat Holder, Safety Boat IN THE TRENCHES: Boat Driver (requires PCOC), Race Check-In, Event Number Attendant

Say YES, if you can spare 2-3 hours or even 20.

We need you! Friday – Noon – 8 p.m. Saturday – 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday – 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.

If you hold a PCOC, you are a hot commodity. We’d sure like to hear from you soon. If you are participating in the regatta and would like to help, we can find a spot and time for you that doesn’t interfere with your races.
