Head of the Martindale

The race is held on the Martindale Pond, in St. Catharines, Onatario, using part of the Henley course. It starts at the 1000m mark of the Henley course, and goes down to 3 buoys near the 1750m, and then up the Back Bay and under the bridge to the island, around to a turn in front of the the starting line and down the course to the 1000m (start/finish line). HS Women and Veterans do 1 lap of the course, and Open, Ltwt and HS Men do 2 laps.
