Row for the Cure - Seattle

Seattle's 16th annual Row for the Cure® offers rowers and paddlers their first head race for the fall season AND their chance to raise funds for breast cancer screening, support and research.  Again this year's goal is to raise $100,000.

New this year:

To the top fund raising masters team/club and junior crew, one pair each of Croker pink sculling oars.

To individuals raising $250, pink Headsweats race visors and 

To individuals donating $50, sunglasses and

To each individual registrant, hot pink Croakies Eyewear Retainer.

Again this year:

To the individual raising the most money, prize of round trip airfare for two from Seattle to the San Juans or Victoria good through September 2016

Everyone encouraged to "Pull your weight!  Donate!" (Give the amount you weigh.)  

In addition to the traditional 9:45 a.m. post-race ceremony at Pocock Rowing Center, hospitality (coffee and light fare) and results at Lake Washington Rowing Club and Seattle Rowing Center

Show Us Your Pink costume competition for most creatively using PINK. Komen volunteers to judge.  Winners featured on the 2105 Row for the Cure poster.
