If you are planning to attend the event and would like to help out, it would be nice to know in advance that you are available and we can assign you a task with which you are comfortable. We often need help with the following:
1. Timing spotters (2) - using binoculars to identify bow numbers before and when they cross the finish line
2. Timing recorders (1-2) - write down the bow numbers in the order they cross the finish line
3. Parking assistance
4. A body or two on a neighboring swim float to warn approaching shells not to run into it!
5. Help set up the food spread.
