Portland Community Rowing Association, the University of New England and CrossFit Casco Bay are very excited to present the
7th Annual Maine Indoor Rowing Championship.
The M.I.R.C. will be held at the same location as last year; the University of New England's Portland Campus. Once you have registered (by clicking the Registration Form link to the left) scroll down to directions and parking for more detail.
Originally there was one age category for rowers between 26-45 years old. That category has now been broken into 26-35 years and 36-45 years for purposes of awards. The heats, however, will still be combined.
Depending on registrations, some of the current events may be combined to ensure that competitors have several others to encourage them along. Coxswains, in particular, please be prepared to race earlier in the day. An updated heat sheet with times will be available on Friday, March 4.
