CREW CHANGE REQUESTS -

New for 2017, crew change requests can be submitted via email to [email protected] until Friday 1 September at 11:59pm CEST. After this date and time, all crew change requests must be submitted onsite at the registration office. *Requests must be submitted by the account holder who submitted the entries.*

• Current Athlete’s Name:
• Replacement Athlete’s Name:
• Name of Club replacement athlete represents:
