Currently you can type in “The Clermont Boathouse” into Google Maps and it will show you the location of the boathouse but it not provide accurate directions after HWY 50.  You may also search the Clermont Historic Village (490 West Ave, Clermont, FL 34711) which is located just to the right of the road leading to the Clermont Boathouse.

Below are directions to The Clermont Boathouse once you are on HWY 50.

Headed East on HWY 50 (From Groveland/Mascotte/Tampa)
From Tampa take I-4 East bound to FL-33 N/Commonwealth Ave in Lakeland
Take exit 38 and turn left onto FL-33 N
Turn Right onto HWY 50 headed East
Once on HWY 50:
Turn LEFT onto WEST AVE
Turn LEFT onto W MINNEOLA AVE 
Turn RIGHT onto VICTORY WAY at the brown boat ramp sign
At the stop sign you will be crossing the bike path. WATCH BOTH WAYS FOR PEDESTRIANS & BIKES.
Turn Right at the boat ramp road and follow around
Boathouse will be on the right, next to the boat ramp

Headed West on HWY 50 (From Oakland/Winter Garden/Orlando)
From Orlando take 408 West
Use right two lanes to take Florida’s Turnpike North
Exit 272 to Clermont
Turn left onto HWY 50 headed West
Once on HWY 50:
Turn RIGHT onto WEST AVE 
Turn LEFT onto W MINNEOLA AVE 
Turn RIGHT onto VICTORY WAY at the brown boat ramp sign

Turn Right at the boat ramp road and follow around
Boathouse will be on the right, next to the boat ramp.
