Parking

There will be a donation of $3 to park for all of the cars except coach's private vehicles. The entrance to the site has been transformed into a paved parking lot with a public boat ramp, managed by the Hillsborough Parks & Recreation Department.  Under the direction of the regatta parking supervisor, vehicles pulling boat trailers will be directed through the parking lot into the main field behind it. Vehicles with valid handicap tags will be directed to park in the paved parking lot or in the grassy field nearest the entrance. ALL OTHERS (CARS AND BUSES) PLEASE PROCEED OVER THE CANAL BRIDGE TO THE NEXT PARKING AREA. Don't be the cause of a traffic jam by going into the wrong parking area.

If the main field is not wet from rain the previous week, there may be some parking available in the grassy field nearest the entrance for coach's vehicles ONLY. Two vehicle passes will be allocated to each program.  These passes will allow parking behind the trailer area.  If we have a heavy rain Friday, vehicle passes may be withheld in order to prevent damage to the field Saturday. The majority of vehicles will be parked across the canal at the Southwest Water Management District offices, so be prepared to carry your coolers, chairs, and anything else you need.  You may like to bring a small wagon, if you have one.

2. Merge onto I-4 West toward Tampa
3. Take Exit 7 toward US-92 W/Hillsborough Ave/US 301/Busch Gardens
4. Merge onto US 301 N/Fort King Hwy toward Zepyrhills/Executive Airport
5. Tampa Bypass Canal is 1.2 miles on the right (200 meters past Sligh Avenue traffic signal)

From Orlando

1. I-4 West toward Tampa
2. Take Exit 7 toward US-92 W/Hillsborough Ave/US 301/Busch Gardens
3. Merge onto US 301 N/Fort King Hwy toward Zepyrhills/Executive Airport
4. Tampa Bypass Canal is 1.2 miles on the right (200 meters past Sligh Avenue traffic signal)

From Tampa/St. Petersburg

1. I-275 North
2. Merge onto I-4 East via exit 45B toward Orlando
3. Take Exit 7 toward US-92 W/Hillsborough Ave/US 301/Busch Gardens
4. Merge onto US 301 N/Fort King Hwy toward Zepyrhills/Executive Airport
5. Tampa Bypass Canal is 1.2 miles on the right (200 meters past Sligh Avenue traffic signal)

From Sarasota/Miami

1. I-75 North toward Tampa
2. Merge onto I-4 West, via exit 261 toward Tampa
3. Take Exit 7 toward US-92 W/Hillsborough Ave/US 301/Busch Gardens

The entrance to Harney Bypass Canal Park is on the right 200 meters north of the traffic signal for Sligh Avenue - look for Mike's Smokehouse BBQ and Grill on the right.
