Trailer Parking

Trailer parking is located at the Baylor Boathouse in the back of the Ferrell Center parking lot. The Ferrell Center address is 1900 S University Parks Dr. Waco, TX 76706. All trailers MUST enter off of La Salle - not University Parks. A section of the parking lot closest to the boathouse will be roped off for trailers only. 2 tow vehicles per crew will be allowed to enter the roped off area.

Trailer Arrival Times

The parking lot will be available for trailer parking starting Friday at 11am until 11pm and Saturday starting at 4am. If you are going to arrive outside of those times, please email [email protected]. 

Spectator/Athlete Parking

Spectator and athlete parking is located in the Ferrell Center parking lot. The Ferrell Center address is 1900 S University Parks Dr. Waco, TX 76706. Spectators and athletes may park anywhere in the Ferrell Center parking lot EXCEPT for the area roped off for trailer parking. Overflow parking is available at McLane Stadium (1001 South Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Waco, TX 76704). 

Tent/Spectator Setup

The Brazos River is lined with space for tents and spectators. Also available to spectators are a number of pedestrian bridges including the Umphrey pedestrian bridge (10 min walk from the boathouse) and the Waco Suspension Bridge (20 min walk from the boathouse). All spectator areas will be first come first serve starting Friday October 13.
