Here is an address that is right across the street from the Walnut Street parking lot (on the west side of the street), for those that would like to GPS the location:

BOAT TRAILERS:

Boat trailers will park at the Sunbury Rd and Walnut St parking lot on the north end of the parking lot.  Pull into the lot, make a right turn, and then back in to the north lot.  Please park all trailers at an angle close to the trailer that is already there.  You will be able to leave the vehicle that tows the trailer attached. 

If that lot is full when you arrive, please proceed north and pull into the next parking lot (boat ramp lot). Again, please park as close as possible and at the same angle as the trailer next to you.  ALL BOATS MUST BE RIGGED AND STORED ON THE GRASS. By order of the City, no boats are permitted to be placed on the pavement.  Our permit is at risk if this happens.  Please cooperate!

SPECTATOR PARKING:

This location is anout 1/4 mile north of where the spectator parking is.  This is where the boat trailers will park.  There will also be overflow boat trailer parking just north of this location.

DROP OFFS:

There will be a lane blocked on Sunbury Rd just north of Walnut for dropping off rowers and supplies.

BUSES:

Just beyond (north) the drop off, buses will be allowed to park on the curb lane and in the overflow lot.

FOOD TRAILERS can park on the curb lane on Sunbury Rd SOUTH of Walnut St and in the south section of the Walnut St parking lot.

TENTS: Please place ALL team tents south of the Walnut St shelter house.  There will be signs for tent area.  All tents should be placed SOUTH of the tent area signs.  Thank you!

Just a reminder: there is no water source to fill water jugs onsite.

DIRECTIONS:

 From Toledo

1)     Take Route 23 South from Toledo to I-270 East

2)     Take I-270 East to Exit 30 (SR 161 East, "New Albany" Exit)

3)     Take SR 161 East to first exit (Sunbury Rd.)

4)     Turn Right (north) onto Sunbury Rd.

5)     Regatta site is on your right at Walnut Street (about three miles). Spectator parking will be at the lot on Smoke Burr (two miles)

From Cincinnati

1)     Take I-71 North through Columbus

2)     Take I-270 East to Exit 30 (SR 161 East "New Albany" Exit)

3)     Take SR 161 East to the first exit (Sunbury Rd.)

4)     Turn Right (north) onto Sunbury Rd.

5)     Regatta site will be on your right at Walnut St. (about three miles). Spectator parking will be at the lot on Smoke Burr (two miles)

From Cleveland

1)     Take I-71 South from Cleveland

2)     Take I-270 East to Exit 30 (SR 161 East, "New Albany" Exit)

3)     Take SR 161 East to the first exit (Sunbury Rd.)

4)     Turn Right (north) onto Sunbury Rd.

5)     Regatta site will be on your right at Walnut St. (about three miles). Spectator parking will be at the lot on Smoke Burr (two miles)

From Dayton

1)     Take I-70 East to I-270 North (on the west side of  Columbus)

2)     Go about 20 miles on I-270, pass I-71,Cleveland Ave exit and Westerville exit

3)     Take SR 161 East (Exit 30, "New Albany")

4)     Take first exit (Sunbury Rd.)

5)     Turn Right (north) onto Sunbury Rd.

6)    Regatta site will be on your right at Walnut St. (about three miles). Spectator parking will be at the lot on Smoke Burr (two miles)

From Parkersburg

1)     Take I-70 West to I-270 North (on the east side of  Columbus)

2)     Go about 8 miles on I-270 North

The freeway will split as you near the Easton Exit.  Bear right, following the signs for SR 161 East "New Albany" Exit 30)

3)     Take SR161 East to the first exit (Sunbury Road)

4)     Turn Right (north) onto Sunbury Rd.

5)     The regatta site will be on your right at Walnut St. (about 3 miles). Spectator parking will be at the lot on Smoke Burr (two miles)
