2019 SRAM Heat Sheets

Note:  This year, heats for Event 16, Men's Jr/2nd 4+ will be run as time trials at 9:00am.  Fastest six times will advance to the six boat final.  Additional information will be proved at the Coaches & Coxwains meeting.

Times to note:

6:30am  Park Gates Open for Tow vehicles and Food Trailers - Get your access permits at the Park Entry.  Athletes must walk in.

7:00am  Park Gates open for public.

7:30am  Headquarters open.

8:00am  Weigh-in open.  All tow vehicles & boat trailers must be placed in the designated parking area.

8:15am  Coach & coxswain meeting at headquarters.   All Men's Jr/2nd 4+ crews to launch imediately at meeting conclusion.

9:00am  Event 16 All Men's Jr/2nd 4+ Time Trials

9:30am  Sprint Heats begin

Due to increased school participation and safety considerations we are revising our parking policies.  With the exception of boat trailer tow vehicles, all parking will now be restricted to outside the park entrance.  Permits will now be required. 

Please review the new policies on the Direction and Parking page  

Boat trailers will park as normal.  Trailers past the yellow gate at the north end, tow vehicles by the shelter area.  Please stop by headquarters and pick up a permit for your tow vehicle.  You will need to display it if you leave the park and return Saturday am.

ALL TOW VEHICLES AND BOAT TRAILERS MUST BE MOVED FROM THE PAVED ROAD TO THE DESIGNATED PARKING AREA BY 8:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.  TRAILERS LEFT ON THE PAVED ROAD PAST THE COACHES & COXSWAIN MEETING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LAUNCH BOATS. 

UTILITY TRAILERS AND TOW VEHICLES

Supply vehicles must have a permit to deliver supplies to the team tent area. Two permits per team will be available at Headquarters beginning Friday at 2:30pm or Saturday morning from the Regatta Parking Official. Parking for trailers is once again on Guild Street. Please make sure your volunteers know that the permits will allow them to enter Guild Street and deliver supplies only.  Vehicles making deliveries may NOT be left unattended at any time.

BUSSES MUST UNLOAD AND PARK IN THE SOUTH ENTRANCE AT KNAPP STREET.  IT IS LABLED RAMP 1

PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ON TOUR YOUR BUS DRIVERS  AND FOOD TENT VOLUNTEERS.

The Waiver portal is now open.  Click on the left column link for instructions.  All participating athletes must sign their 2019 waiver online using the SRAM Athlete Portal.  

2019 SRAM Waivers

ALL WAIVERS ARE DUE MAY 16, 2019 @ 11:59 PM EDT.  Rowers will not be eligible to launch with athletes that have not completed their waiver.

Key Times:

6:30 am     Park Gates open for boat trailers, tow vehicles, utility trailers only.  Athletes must walk in.

7:00 am    Park Gates open for public.

7:30 am    Headquarters open.

8:00 am    Weigh-in open

                Call to water for first three events.
