Event #15: Jr. Quad has been changed to Jr. Men’s Coxed Quad

The event sequence below causes at least one equipment conflict - event #14 (Sr. Women’s 4x) and event #16 (Sr. Men’s 4x), we will alter the draw by changing the race sequence so that it does not reflect the event sequence, add additional races between the events, or change the schedule to allow more time between events with conflicts.
