Tents, Busses & Food Trailers

Team Bus parking will be in the park office parking lot.  Buses will be able to drop off their occupants at the beach and will then be directed to the park office parking lot.  Tents may be set up beginning at 11AM on Friday.   Tents may be set up west of the Pavillion.   Do not block the walking paths. If you are unclear, please ask a LOC volunteer and review map below for guidance. 

No tents of any kind on the Beach.  If you have questions ask someone on the LOC before you put up  your tent.  Tents may be put up beginning at 11AM on Friday.

See the map above for boat staging areas.  Please keep trailers out of the parking lot and park on the grass if nessecary.  Conserve space and store your boats on your trailers.  We have 35+ teams this year.  If you need help, ask an LOC member.

General Parking Information:

There will be staff on hand to help direct parking.  Parking is not allowed on the grass.  There will be 4 buses continually shuttling people from the different lots around the park to the beach area.  Please plan time into your schedule for transit time between the parking lot and the beach.  The furthest parking lot may be approx 30 minutes from the beach.

Food vendors will be on site starting at 7:00 am.  List of vendors coming soon!!

Kra-Kups (formerly Steamn Joe’s) — coffee and smoothies
Quite Frankly — gourmet hot dogs and specialty sandwiches
Slice Slice Baby — pizza
Kona Ice

Bags of ice available will be available at the registration table (under the bath house) for $3.00/ 7lb. bag.
