The premiere opportunity to reach hundreds of kids and adults from around the Northwest at a competitive, fun all-day event!

WHO:

• Rowers from around the Northwest

• Athletes, coaches, trainers, parents

• Middle school through college students, elite &
  professional athletes, adults up to 100 years old
 (rowing is a lifetime sport!)

WHAT:

• Indoor rowing championships for the Northwest region

• Satellite regatta for the World Indoor Rowing Championships

• Events for youth and adults, adaptive, sprints, dash, 60 minute

• Food truck and vendors on site

WHEN:

• Saturday, January 27, 2018

• Set Up: 7:00 am to 8:00 am

• Tear Down: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

WHERE:

Rainier Community Center, 4600 38th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118

WHY:

• Community event to promote healthy, fun competition for all ages

• Bring together a wide range of athletes, from beginner to elite

• To support the pursuit of excellence in the sport of rowing

• To encourage active lifestyles for today’s youth

HOW (all booths offer a 6-foot table and 2 chairs, if needed):

Vendor Table Option A: $150 (access to power)

Vendor Table Option B: $125 (no access to power)

Non-Profit Vendor Booth: FREE (includes access to power, if needed)

Note that ALL booths require certificate of insurance naming City of Seattle Parks and Rec as add’l insured and all booths selling items requires proof of state and city business licenses.
