North Cascades Crew Team operated out of open boat racks for 10 years, until, with the enthusiastic endorsement of the Joe Rantz family and generous donors, we were able to build (with NCC volunteer labor) the Joe Rantz Boathouse. Further boathouse enhancements, including electricity and plumbing, will be completed when these funds are available.
