Founded in 1973, the Elk Lake Spring Regatta brings together the Pacific Northwest to race on the legendary waters of Elk Lake in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
Elk Lake is home to the Canadian national rowing program, the University of Victoria Rowing Club, the Victoria City Rowing Club and the Greater Victoria Youth Rowing Society.
