Thank you for your interest in the inaugeral Arlington Invitational Regatta (A.I. 20). We welcome all clubs and programs in helping us conitnue the great history and sport of rowing on the Hudson River. For over 50 years the Collegiate Rowing Championships were held on the banks of the Hudson River from 1895 to about 1950. Currently Poughkeepsie NY is the central hub of rowing on the hudson river with local colleges and high schools as well as juniors & masters clubs rowing just north of the and the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park. This linear park spans the Hudson River between the Town of Lloyd in Ulster County and the City of Poughkeepsie in Dutchess County
