Brunswick is the home to Bowdoin College and there are many hotels and restaurants in the vicinity to accomodate visitors. In addition, the regatta is a very short and easy 15 minute drive on I295 from Freeport, Maine, home to LLBean and various outlet shops, Maine Brewing Company, Harraseeket Lunch and Lobster, and Winslow Park Camping facility.
Brunswick is about a 40 minute drive from Portland, home to many fine restaurants, brew pubs, hotels and fun. Consider making it a Maine weekend!!
