There are many accommodation options in the Lake Lure area. We have been offered discounts at two of the lake side resorts. Both are very popular and have food service.
Rumbling Bald Resort. Use the code "REGATTAROWING" to receive a 10% discount. Note: Day 1Race begins at Rumbling Bald, if you stay here there is space for boat storage and you can beach launch.
Lake Lure Inn & Resort. $110/night. When you make your reservation please use the same "REGATTAROWING" code.
Additionally there are other inns, camping and a fun "glamping" option at Emberglow, which offers yurts, tiny homes, treehouses, trailers along with camping sites.
The area is full of home's for rent via VRBO and AirBnB.
