Coaches and Coxswains meeting will be at 8:30am. Racing will follow. This is a 1k course racing downstream. There are no marked lanes, but buoys will be placed at Start, Finish, and every 250m. 

Races with similar configurations of shells may be run together. Adequate time will be between races for those who are in multiple races throughout the day. Medals will be awarded for every race with at least one rower, but times will not be recorded or posted.
