Parents & Spectators

Parking:

Parking at the White Rock Boathouse is reserved for team vehicles, buses, and event staff. Athletes may be dropped off at the turn-around at White Rock Road. 

Spectator parking is available at any of the nearby public lots around the lake, at The Lot (7530 E Grand Ave, Dallas, TX 75214), or along Tokalon Ave. The White Rock Trail System allows for flexible parking and viewing opportunities. 

Off-Site Parking @ The Lot - Shuttle Service is running.

Parent Tents / Grills:

Chuckwagon parking and parent tent/grill space is limited at White Rock Boathouse. ONLY THE TOW VEHICLE & TRAILER can park in the team bus parking gravel lot. All other spectators must park off-site. Parent tents and grills must be located outside of the trailer parking lot either to the north of the lot or near the team bus parking. T. & P. Hill is also an ideal location for parents to congregate and grill as it is a 5 minute walk from the boathouse and provides views of the racecourse. Parking fills up quickly on weekend mornings and is part of the public park (open to public). 

Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for timely and efficient running of the regatta. Please encourage parents and spectators to consider volunteering.
