Rules:

♦ All races are 1000 meters.

♦ Medals will be awarded for each heat.

♦ Masters are rowers who are at least 21 years of age this calendar year.

♦ Handicaps will be given based on the average age of the crew.

♦ Coxswains may be any age, and female coxswains will be permitted in men's crews and vice versa. There is no minimum weight for coxswains.

♦ For mens events, female rowers shall be permitted.

♦ In mixed crew events no more than half of the crew, excluding the coxswain, shall be men.  A mixed crew may have more women, excluding the coxswain than men.

♦ Teams will be responsible for bringing trash bags and cleaning their staging/camp areas.
