Deadline is 10 days before event start date for renting tents. Payment must be made before teams can take possession of the tents. Nathan Benderson Park does not allow 10x20 tents to be setup onsite,  each team can bring 10x10 tents and set them up in the team tent area but 10x20’s are NOT allowed.
