Guaranteed Policy: We require each room reservation to be guaranteed with one night's deposit or a valid major credit card with expiration date. All guaranteed reservations are held for any hour arrival, and are subject to charge only if they are not cancelled 24 hours before day of arrival.
Renovations: The Clarion Riverside Hotel is happy to announce the
completion of our brand new renovations! The exciting new changes to our lobby, convention space and all guestrooms are now available for your viewing and enjoyment. Please ask your sales representative for a full-tour and update.
Hotel Amenities: The Clarion Riverside Hotel, Rochester features many
extra amenities. Our fitness center is equipped with free
weights, treadmill, stationary bicycle and sauna. Our
outdoor pool (open seasonally) is heated.
We offer a variety of style for guestrooms including 8 river view suites, 333 double rooms and 125 king rooms. All rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities to make your guest's stay comfortable. Every room features an in-room coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
A 24-hour business center is available to all our guests. An ATM machine is located on-site for your convenience. We also offer an onsite Tailor Shop, Gift Shop and Timeout Treatment Center and Massage.
Restaurant/Lounge: The Clarion Riverside Hotel, Rochester is pleased to have Legends Bar & Grill located within the hotel. Legends Bar & Grill offers American Cuisine. Happy Hour is offered weekdays from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with drink specials. Legends Bar & Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
Location: The Clarion Riverside Hotel, Rochester is a convenient location for statewide conferences midway between Buffalo and Syracuse. We are located in the center of the City of Rochester on the Genesee River with the City Center Skyway attached to the hotel connecting with many local office buildings as well as the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
Parking: Parking is available in our covered attached garage, based upon availability. Overnight guests pay the prevailing parking rate plus applicable taxes. Bus parking is available at no charge.
Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Rochester International Airport, Amtrak Train Station and RTS Bus Station is provided for all guests.
Meeting & Banquet Facilities:
We currently have available the meeting and banquet space you require for your conference. Our conference kit is enclosed highlighting our flexible meeting and banquet facility as
well as our banquet menus.
At this time, we are not holding any guest rooms, meeting or banquet space for your conference.
Internet Access: The Clarion Riverside Hotel, Rochester is equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless internet capability in both our conference space and guestrooms.
Convention Materials: Materials and/or supplies may be shipped to the Clarion Riverside Hotel, Rochester 24-hours prior to your event start date. Please be sure all shipments include the name of your event, event dates and your sales representative's name.
