New Race Schedule this Year

We have a new race schedule this year! The race is still 4800 meters but we have moved our start line and the route at the bottom of the lake. Please review the map below and come to the Coach and Cox meeting on Thursday September 19th.

Regatta and Referee Headquarters
•    Regatta Headquarters will be at Gas Works Park 2101 N Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103.
•    Referee Headquarters will be at Gas Works Park 2101 N Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103.
•    Virtual Coach/Cox Meeting:  Thursday September 19th at 7 pm. Details will be posted closer to the event. 
•    Packet Pickups begin at 5:30 am at Gas Works Park 2101 N Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103.

Race Course Details 

The course is the same as last year when we modified to better accommodate novice crews and those new to the regatta. Official launch sites are Seattle Pacific University 3414 3rd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, and Lake Washington Rowing Club 910 N Northlake Way, Seattle 98103..

The warm up pattern is counterclockwise following the traffic pattern of the ship canal waterway towards Ballard. The start is about 350 meters from Seattle Pacific University's dock. As you can see from the map below we are bringing up the turn from the end of the lake. Our finish like is the same as in year's past at College Club 11 East Allison Street, Seattle WA 98102. We encourage you to attend the coach and cox meeting on Thursday to make sure all your questions are answered. Also there is a hotlink to the master map on Google below the picture below. It allows you to be able to zoom in to see the route in more detail.
