IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Rowing Canada Aviron will be enforcing changes made to Rule 3.5 in RCA Rules of Racing.  A full description of this rule can be found here.

For the first time in Canada - HereNOW will be on site to bring you precision timing and big screen results.

By popular demand – be sure to stop by the Beer Garden, Saturday from 3:00 - 8:00 to raise a glass with new and old friends.

Still open for registration:  MIXED COMPOSITE 4x event on Sunday afternoon, where your 4x must represent at least 2 clubs.  This is a fundraiser in support of the Friends of Vancouver Lake.  Fees are $100 per 4x entry inclusive of seat fees.  Saturday 6pm deadline for registration.  Cascadia will match entry fees to this event!

Lightweight Athletes:

All lightweight rowers racing in lightweight events may weigh in between 7:00 and 9:00 Saturday and Sunday mornings. Athletes need to weigh in only once and may weigh in Saturday morning for events on Sunday.

Lightweight rowers shall weigh in wearing a minimum of their racing uniform.

All crew members, including coxswains need to be present at weigh in.

A test scale will be available during the hours the course is open for training and racing outside of the official weigh-in times designated by the regatta.
