Final Details:

While the water levels are holding, they are high, and are limiting the normal space we use for tents and lay-down.  Because of this, we are taking some measures to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

Here is a map detailing where we will be placing tents, trailers, and tow vehicles. 

Boat Trailers
Boat trailers may be dropped off anytime between 2:00pm and dusk on Friday.  Boat trailers, equipment trailers and tow vehicles will be allowed into the staging area and be parked at the north end of the site.

Tents
Please note that no tents will be allowed to be set up until 2:00pm on Friday.  This year, in order to make sure we have enough room for shell lay-down, all team tents will be placed on the south side of the entrance road to boat launch 2.

Food Delivery
Space will be reserved for food trailers directly across from the tent area.  Please let your parents know that they will be able to drive to the athlete turn around area, drop off there food, but then they must exit the park for parking.  (This should work out fine as this is very close to where the tents will be.

Parking
Parking is at a premium.  No passenger vehicle will be allowed past the Athlete drop off circle south of the walking bridge (see map).  Boat trailers, equipment trailers and tow vehicles will be allowed into the staging area and be parked at the north end of the site.

All passenger vehicles (handicapped excepted) will need to use the limited parking area at the entrance from Monroe or the large parking area using the (northernmost) entrance at boat launch 3.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

First Call to water at 8:20am
First race at 9:00am
