Steve began rowing in the fall of 1987 as a freshman at The Ohio State University. Rowing has been a part of his life ever since. Steve conceived of RegattaCentral in 1999 as a natural outcome of his passion for rowing and background in software development & architecture. Steve's professional experience includes more than 11 years as a systems engineer at Bell Labs. Steve holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science and a M.S. in Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. His rowing career includes competing at the collegiate and masters levels as well as coaching for the Ohio State University Crew Club, Wittenberg University and Greater Columbus Rowing Association. He resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, two sons and their dog.

Lauren Peck: Account Director

Account Director

Lauren began her rowing career at Marietta High School in 2008. After sustaining an injury that interrupted her goals of rowing DI, she attended the Art Academy of Cincinnati and began coaching with local programs. From 2016 to 2017, Lauren assisted Upper Arlington Crew’s Junior Women before directing the program from 2018-2020 gaining annual success at MSRC, SRAAs, and USRowing National Championships. During that time she also served on the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Association Board. In April of 2018, Lauren joined RegattaCentral and now serves clients across Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, and the United States.

Rosemary Kyne: Associate Account Manager

Rosemary started rowing in 2013 with the Nashville Juniors Rowing Association. She went on to row at Bates College earning three NCAA D3 Championships. She joined the team at RegattaCentral in 2024 as a customer service representative and stepped into account management in 2025. Now residing in Boston, she coaches high school girls rowing and has embarked on her amateur cycling and triathlon career.

Sarah Recker: Customer Support Representative

Sarah started rowing in 2007 for Toledo Metropolitan Rowing Club in Toledo, OH. She later went on to row for Miami University in Oxford, OH. Her high points of collegiate rowing include competing at the 2011 ACRA National Championship in a Novice 8+ and being elected Women's Team Captain her senior year. In 2014 she graduated with a B.S. in Geology. Shortly after graduating Sarah starting coaching for Perrysburg Rowing Club. Her highlight of coaching was having a boat compete at the 2017 SRAA National Championship Regatta. Sarah started working for RegattaCentral at the beginning of 2019 and provides customer support. She recently moved to Columbus and is enjoying exploring the city.

Gabriel Seibert: Senior Software Developer

Gabriel is no stranger to boating, growing up on Lake Erie in Port Clinton, Ohio. He holds a B.A. in Theatre with a minor in Computer Science, followed by course work towards a M.S. in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. After a brief career as a traveling puppeteer with MadCap Puppets out of Cincinnati, Ohio, Gabriel graduated from the 9th iteration of a local IT Bootcamp run by Manifest Solutions, which is how he met Steve. When Steve visited his Bootcamp, Gabriel asked if he would teach him how to row if hired. True to his word Steve put Gabriel in touch with Greater Columbus Rowing Association where he took his first Learn-to-Row in 2015. Gabriel also participated in the 2015 Arnold Indoor Rowing Challenge sponsor’s relay challenge event where he helped the RegattaCentral team secure 2nd place, earning his first silver medal. Having spent a few years growing, learning, and developing big data solutions for JPMorgan Chase, he's excited to return to the domain of sport code. Gabriel resides in Delaware, Ohio with his wife, two children, dogs and cats.

Andrew LeRoux: Software Developer

Andrew began rowing in 2012 in Sarasota, FL. He later went on to row for Princeton University, graduating with a degree in Economics. The high points of his collegiate career include two Eastern Sprints medals and two A-final finishes in the Varsity 8 at the IRA National Championships. Andrew started working at RegattaCentral in September 2022 after graduating from Flatiron school’s immersive software engineering course. Andrew resides in Boston, Massachusetts.

Estée Goel

Estée Goel

UX & Design Engineer

Estée began rowing in 2014 with Montclair Crew in New Jersey, earning multiple state titles and winning SRAA Nationals in 2018. She went on to row at Carnegie Mellon University, where she served as President and Varsity Captain while earning a degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Economics with a minor in Design. At CMU, she led a restructuring of the rowing program, laying the groundwork for its transition to Division III varsity status and the most successful seasons to date — including a Champ Single medal at Dad Vails in 2024. Estée joined the RegattaCentral team in February 2025. She currently lives in Manhattan and rows with the New York Athletic Club.
