Welcome to Empire Sprints. We are in the second year of Empire Sprints and we are working for you to bring in more teams, provide more races, and have the most competitive racing atmosphere. This year’s edition of Empire Sprints will consist of Time Trial and a Final. All crews will race in a final regardless of placement in the TT/Heat.

There will be plenty of time in between TT to double up rowers for events, as well as time to hot seat shells if need be.
