Coaches Meeting is @ 7.30 am all clubs must have a rep attend the meeting.
First Race is @ 8.30 am call to the water 45 minutes before race time.
Weigh-ins in the South Niagara RC portable from 7.30 am to 9.30 for ALL lightweights
Women Weight: 61kg.
Men Weight: 74.5 kg
Coxswains do not have to weigh-in.
