Head of the Port: A Single Sculls Virtual Regatta

The 2020 Head of the Port is a virtual regatta rowed in single sculls on the water!
Perform a 2 x 2,500M/2:00 workout (Two 2,500M work pieces with 2 minutes rest between) and submit both of your times at registration in a MM:SS.X format. The two work pieces must be performed on the same stretch of water in opposite directions with 2 minutes to spin between work pieces. Both work pieces must begin from a standing start.
Please note, the Entry Deadline is at 11:59 AM PST on 11/8/20, before Noon.
