U19 Events:
The U19 events will be run as 1500 meter time trials in the morning with 6 boats to advance to finals in the afternoon. Bow numbers for the time trials will be distributed at the registration desk in the gazebo near the finish line. Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded in the finals.
We made this change because (1) there is a very tight schedule due to the large number of entries, (2) the pogression from heats, for some events, would have been 1 advance. With no seeding, we felt it not fair to the athletes, and (3) it is good practice for the format at Youth Nationals.
Novice, U17, JV:
All other events will be run as flights with a gold medal to the winner of each flight.
