Strictly&nbsp;3pm to 7pm Friday of Race week
There is to be no curbside drop off of tent items etc at the top of the hill. The Metropark has been clear on this expectation, as they are concerned over liability of vehicles around the athletes and shell trailers.&nbsp;

ALL HOT SEATING MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO THE EVENT BEING CALLED TO THE WATER. For a hot seat to be viable, there&nbsp;must be 4&nbsp;events inbetween, 6 events total (40 minutes). This is based on 8 minute centers during finals. Hot seats can never be guaranteed.

41 to 60 4 volunteers for a 3.5 hour shift

61 to 80 5 volunteers for a 3.5 hour shift

81+ 6 volunteers for a 3.5 hour shift

SRAM Rules of Racing

ALL HOT SEATING MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO THE EVENT BEING CALLED TO THE WATER. For a hot seat to be viable, there must be 4 events inbetween, 6 events total (40 minutes). This is based on 8 minute centers during finals. Hot seats can never be guaranteed.
