Check the NEWS tab for updated race times. Finalized times are intended to be generally later than originally posted and to consolidate events with fewer entries.  Results will still be posted separately.

This year it will be held at Twelve Corners Middle School, 2643 Elmwood Ave, Rochester NY.

Events listed are subject to change based on number of entries, but times should be close.  Recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to event time for check-in, warmup.

All Masters events are 1000m.  Any masters rowers looking to row 2000m should enter an open event.  Depending on number of entries, events may run together but reported separately by categories listed here.  Please check back prior to race day to confirm race time.

Middle School: Athletes are currently enrolled in school up to and including 8th grade.

U17: Athletes may not turn 17 years old during this calendar year.

HS Varsity: Athletes who have not yet graduated from high school.

Freshmen Athletes are in 9th grade.  If younger students wish to row 2000m instead of the 4 minute U14 dash they should enter this category.

Lightweight categories are on the honor system.  Lightweight women cap is 130 pounds.  Lightweight men cap is 160 pounds.  These are for Open and Masters events.  There are no lightweight youth events.

Novice Athletes began rowing after July 1, 2022.

Relay teams may be comprised of a combination of male/female athletes but will run together. Each of 6 athletes rows 500m of the 3000m race, gets off the erg, next person gets on to row the next 500m, until completion.  Hint: transition between rowers is critical.
