Middle School Race - Composite Entries will be accepted to maximize middle school participation at the Haxton. 

Trailers, Chuckwagons and Buses may arrive anytime after 3:00pm on Friday. Early arrivals will be directed to the parking lot at the Mill Run Shopping Center, 3665 Fishinger Blvd., Hilliard, OH 43026 until 3:00pm.

Hospitality Suite Tickets On Now - The Haxton Hospitality Suite is located within the Lashutka Event Center located at 3479 Riverside Drive, Upper Arlington, Ohio.The suite provides a large viewing deck for Regatta-competition.The suite-experience also includes, but not limited to, breakfast, lunch, and day-long refreshments (and a warm bathroom). Because of the exclusive nature of the suite and the first-class experience within, only a limited number of passes can be sold.SOLD OUT FOR 2024

The operation of drones is prohibited at the Haxton.

Finish Line Operations will be located between the Recovery and Launch Docks - COWBELLS, HORNS OR NOISEMAKERS OF ANY SORT ARE PROHIBITED.

Tents, Umbrellas and Canopies are prohibited in the Regatta Viewing area but may be erected North of the Fishinger Street Bridge.
