Trailer parking: As this event has grown, and with teams coming and going at different times and days, we are separating the trailer area from the boat yard to increase safety and efficiency of teams arriving and leaving at different times/days. There will be back in angle parking stalls in the lower beach parking lot directly adjacent to the boat yard. This parking lot is for shell trailers and team trucks only. Teams should off load equipment in the parking lot and cary equipment ~100m to the boat yard. Teams are welcome to keep boats on their trailer as well.
Trailers may arrive between:
Friday: 3-8pm
Saturday: 5:30-7am OR 3-8pm
Sunday: 5:30-7am
On-Water Practice: In interested in practicing on the water, visiting teams have 2 options. Bring your own launch, or rent one from IRC for $50/session. Please reach out to [email protected] to schedule ANY on-water practice session for your team.
Booster and Food Trailers: Food trailers will have designated stalls near the spectator area. Please do not park with the shell trailers. Picnic shelter area available for reservation. Park Entry Fee and Regulations: There is a $6.00 Marion County/$7.00 all others for cars to enter Eagle Creek Park ($15 for vans and buses). Park gates will be open at 6:30 am. Teams will be given a pass for the shell trailer tow vehicle to enter the park. All other vehicles (team buses, vans, spectators, rowers, coaches, etc.) will have to pay the park entry fee. Eagle Creek Park is one of the country’s largest city parks and will be open during the regatta. Please follow all posted parking instructions and park rules. Primary parking for spectators and competitors will be in the parking areas of Eagle Beach Drive and the swimming area.

This fenced in area will be in use by the public. Team tents and spectators will have to set up and watch from the boat storage area/recovery docks, or in the IRC boathouse area.
