Venue: Lake Quinsigamond, launching from Regatta Point at Regatta Point Park, Worcester.

This year's event will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025. We can only run a certain number of races and have therefore capped  events in line with last year's participation. As the regatta fills up, we may adjust the caps among events.

We encourage crews to sign up for the waitlist in filled events in case another crew scratches. We will review entries and the waitlist daily from 07-21 to Thursday, 07-24 and will inform accepted crews asap, latest on 07-25.

The Rocket Relay event is expanded from 4 to 8 teams. Information on the Rocket Relay event is posted under "News".

Up to six boats will race in a flight. A flag boat will follow the field to alert a boat of a lane departure. We will buoy the course with 3 double buoy lanes.

Age handicaps will be applied. The minimum age is 18. Event times are approximate and may see small shifts depending on the number of flights per event. If there are two or more flights per event, flights will generally be filled in ascending age order. Adjustments are possible for known/expected speeds to provide competitiveness. Each (non-relay) flight is a final. Hot seating is estimated at 37 minutes, race to race. Our 2024 schedule serves as a rough starting point for this year's events. See "News" for schedule conflicts/ineligible race combinations.

We require at least three boats in each event/flight and will extend a full refund if an event does not run for lack of registrations. For scratches and if we need to cancel an event due to weather conditions, we will refund the following amounts: 1x $40, 2x $65, 4x/4+ $110, 8+ $150 per entry.
