A coach’s and cox’ns meeting will be held at the Duluth Rowing Club Boathouse on Friday, July 11th at 7:30 pm.

Heads-up regarding lodging- Make your plans EARLY, summer weekends in Duluth are busy, and hotels fill early.  You will also find that rates are highest the closer you are to Canal Park.

New for 2025: Note, due to new City Rules, no camping is allowed this year at the regatta site.  There are nearby campground options see www.visitduluth.com . We recommend contacting Snowflake Nordic Ski area if you have a large group needs, as they have group site camping.

Plan for REGATTA DAY- Plan your arrival on Saturday by taking into account that DRC is on an island and the only road access is across the lift bridge.  Every summer weekend is busy on the water and on land.  There will be a “Tall Ships Event” happening all weekend centered on the waterfront at the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center. The bridge lifts frequently and traffic will be heavy all day.  Parking is only on the Bay side (south side) of Minnesota Avenue and as always parking will be busy.  It’s best to plan on arriving early and staying all day.  It’s even better if you can plan to car-pool.  There are large surface parking lots at Park Point Recreation Area (beach) at the end of Minnesota Avenue (1 mile south of DRC).  Team trailer parking gets priority by the DRC facility.

We hope to see you in July!
