The Canadian Indoor Rowing Association  invites rowers, paddlers, crossfitters and indoor fitness buffs  to a day of racing on Concept 2 Ergometers at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre (formerly known as the Hershey Centre) in Mississauga, Ontario. 

We will be racing on brand new CONCEPT 2 Model D Ergometers with PM5 monitors. The TIME-TEAM Race Managment platform will  display the racing action on the overhead centre ice screen and online.   All individuals at least 13 years old are welcome to compete in 2000 metre,1000 metre, or the popular crew races in fours, doubles (parent-offspring) or the 4 Minute Go-the-Distance.

The Paramount Fine Foods Centre has tons of spectator seating, free parking and breathing room on the race floor (covered ice in main arena) for anyone aiming for a personal best or setting a world record in their age category.   

CIRC is sanctioned by CONCEPT 2 which means Concept2 will provide a $200 stipend to qualifying competitors from CIRC to attend the USRowing Indoor National Championships in Boston on March 1, 2020.  There is no qualifying time standard required to compete at the USRINC, but those racers who meet or beat the Concept2 Time Standards at CIRC will receive $200 from Concept2 after they compete in the same event at the USRINC.
