Lightweight weigh-in hours are 8:30AM-noon.  You may weigh in as many times as you wish prior to your event being called.  If you are unable to make weight, we will shift your entry to the openweight division of your event if space and time allows.

The 10th annual 2023 Ironmen Erg Classic returns IN-PERSON !!!

• Location:  Don Bosco Prep High School, 492 N Franklin Turnpike, Ramsey, NJ 07446.
• Entries open November 21, 2022.  Discount for early entries submitted by Dec 31 !
• Physical medals will be awarded to US-based teams (see Rules and Eligibility).

Requirements to participate:

• All in-person participants:  Current USRowing 2023 waiver:  https://membership.usrowing.org/ 
• Masters categories will be by decade (30-39, 40-49 etc) and will be determined based on your USRowing age.
• Adaptive categories can be selected via the Division pick list when you enter.
• All participants are asked to provide an estimated 2K time for seeding purposes in case your event exceeds 20 entries and requires more than one flight.

New for 2023:

• Team Relay event where 4 rowers row a total of 2000m on a single erg with a running clock, splitting it up however you wish as long as each person rows at least 250m.  Ideal for CrossFit, recreational, or parent teams.  Mixed age/gender teams are encouraged.
• Para/Adaptive/Inclusive live event.  Awards will be made by PR/PR2/PR3 category as specified on your entry.
• Lightweight events will be offered based on weigh-in for in-person events, and on the honor system for virtual events.  In-person weigh-in will be open from 8:30 AM - noon.

• Air-Grams to support your athletes!  Visit the table at the regatta to send a short message to your athlete to be read by the emcee during the warm-up before their event.
• Race Day Ergs Available for Sale...Concept 2 Ergs, arrived new in box to Bosco, will only be used for race day.  $900 cash or check, pick up at Bosco 4:30/5PM

• Livestream will be produced by the Don Bosco Media Club.  Livestream beings on Saturday, January 21 at 8:00 AM US Eastern:  (link TBD)
