We acknowledge that this event will be held on the homelands of the Puyallup Tribe and the Coastal Salish tribes. The Puyallup people have lived on and stewarded these lands since the beginning of time, and continue to do so today. 

We recognize that this land acknowledgement is one small step toward true allyship and we commit to uplifting the voices, experiences, and histories of the Indigenous people of this land and beyond.

NW Ergomania! is excited to partner with USRowing for this year's event. 

As a satellite location for the US Indoor Rowing Championships, NW Ergomania! participants will be eligible for National Championship medals, in addition to NW Ergomania medals.

Waivers: This event will be a USRowing sanctioned event. Therefore, each participant will need to either be a USRowing Championship member or complete a paper waiver on the day of the event. 

Para athletes are welcome to register and compete in any event. However, athletes wishing to be considered for USRowing rankings and medals will need to compete in their classification event. 

Erg purchases: As of 26 Jan 2024, the ergs have been sold. [If you want to add your name to the wait list, please email [email protected]. In the event someone who put down a deposit does not pick up their machine(s), we will contact you ASAP.]

T-shirts & Merchandise:

• NW Ergomania! shirts. You can order shirts during the registration process and pick them up at the event. A limited number of shirts will be available for purchase at the eventfor $20 each. Pay via credit card, Venmo or PayPal. The shirts will be forest green, soft cotton, short sleeve t-shirts. We will post a photo here once we have them in hand.

• USRowing Indoor National Championships branded merchandise is available here.  

Lightweight Entries: If you want your results counted towards a lightweight category, please select "Yes" to the lightweight question during the registration process. Lightweight competitors will weigh-in on race day, per the USRowing Rules of Rowing. [Competitors must successfully complete weigh-in between 2 hours and 1 hour prior to their race.] Racers will race in the corresponding openweight category. However, results for lightweight athletes will be separated out and medals will be awarded for lightweights in each event. 

NW Ergomania! medals will be awarded to top 3 finishers in each event. 

Those competing in USRowing categories will have the chance to win National Championship medals as well. Their results will be blended with USRowing virutal results and results from the other satellite locations. 

Special Awards:

• Andy Foltz Cup: Team award to juniors program with the most top 5 finishes throughout the day. 

• Tara Morgan Cup: Team award to masters program with the most top 5 finishes throughout the day.

• Grit City Award: Any athlete who completes 3 or most events during the race day.

• Fan Favorite Award: Athletes and spectators will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite / most inspiring competitor throughout the day.
