Welcome to the 2024 Strong Island Sprints at St. Anthony's High School.
It is mandatory to complete US Rowing Waiver to participate in Strong Island Sprints. You will not be allowed to complete without a completed and up to date waiver.
If you miss the registration deadline, you may register the day of the event as a "walk-in". Walk-In registration is $30.
Note that the Event List will likely be condensed once registration is closed. Please check back closer to the event for an updated schedule.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Student Center, but are available for purchase at the canteen in the hallway outside of the Student Center.
Doors open at 7 AM.
RACE NOTES:
* Note that weigh-in will open at 8 AM and close at 10 AM for Womens LTW and Mens at 10:40 AM
The Race Schedule and Heet Sheets are subject to change the day of the race. Be sure to check in at the registration table at least 30 minutes before your race.
Make sure you check your name on the big screen before sitting on an erg as the erg assignment is subject to change.
