Updates

Coaches & Athletes,

We look forward to hosting you at the 2025 USRowing Southeast Masters Championships! 

We encountered a bug where it was preventing athletes from registering on RegattaCentral. In order to respond to this bug, we will be extending the Phase I and Phase II entry deadlines to make entries and lineup adjustments as needed. Please see the updated registration schedule 

• Phase 1 (Early): April 1 - June 7 at 12:00 p.m. ET

• Phase 2 (Standard) June 9 - 11 at 11:59 p.m. ET

As a reminder, the Phase 1 and 2 deadlines will reflect the following: 

UPDATED FOR 2025! USRowing will continue using the registration phases structure implemented in 2024, with adjustments for the 2025 “Phase I Entry Deadline” and “Phase II Entry Deadline”. 

PHASE I ENTRY PERIOD: This will take place from April 1 – June 7, 2025. Athletes and coaches should register their boats as normal. After the Phase I Entry Deadline closes on June 7, 2025, USRowing will work to publish the official schedule on June 8, 2025. Please note, the official schedule is based on entries received during this period. After Phase I of Registration closes, entries that add an event or change the progression of a current event on the official race schedule will not be accepted. 

PHASE II ENTRY PERIOD: This will take place from June 9 – 11, 2025. Athletes and coaches are expected to review the official schedule and make any adjustments (add events, change events, scratch events, etc.) that are needed to accommodate the schedule. During this phase, participants will have the opportunity to submit entries that do not exceed the caps placed on events at the close of Phase I of Standard Registration. Entries that add an event or change the progression of a current event on the official race schedule will not be accepted during this phase. After the Phase II Registration Entry Deadline, entry fees will not be reimbursed. Entries in each event will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. No paper entries will be accepted for this event. All entries must be made online at RegattaCentral.
