Kick off the weekend with the USRowing Beach Sprints Clinic on Friday, July 25, where athletes of all levels can get hands-on experience with the format and technique from USRowing coaches and athletes.

All you need to bring is your uni and energy! Filippi Boats and Concept2 Oars are provided - Just bring your race kit and competitive spirit!

Whether you're racing or cheering from the sand, this is your chance to experience coastal rowing like never before. Come for the competition, stay for the beach vibes.
